If you haven’t seen our Facebook page, you should go over there and check it out. We just recently did a video describing how we’re building up the pastures at our new farm. We also posted on there about our exciting new additions to the herd. Two new herd sires. We will be using them in a month or two, which is going to be so exciting!
Our little flock of hair sheep is growing a bit, and we added a permanent ram. His name is Mr. cuddles and he is very big and ugly. He has started beating up our very sweet and gentle dog, Coconut so he has been exiled to a small pen and doesn’t have free pasture privileges anymore…
Our other dog Boulder still has a little bit of training and growth ahead of him. But he has been doing much better the last few weeks, so we are thankful for that!
And while this news would generally be sad, it’s kind of exciting, because our two mature herd sires have now left our Farm, but moved to a dear friend’s farm, so we can still see them, and the babies they produce! If you are as in love with our old boys, as we are, check out wild feather Ranch up near Versailles, Missouri. Shelby is awesome!
And while I typically post photos with these updates, I will not be posting photos this time because I just got a new phone and I cannot figure out how to connect everything yet. Hop on over to our Facebook page for more updates.
